Delivery of Electrosurgical Equipment Across Ukraine
Nadiya-4.com supplies high-frequency electrosurgical units, instruments, and accessories throughout Ukraine.
Items that are in stock are dispatched within 1–3 business days after the funds have been credited to the bank account and the order has been confirmed.
If the selected model, instrument, or individual accessory is temporarily out of stock, the manager will inform you of the estimated delivery time before issuing the invoice.
After making the payment, we recommend sending the manager a payment instruction, receipt, or other proof of payment. This will help us identify the payment more quickly and prepare the order for dispatch.
Please note: the minimum order value at Nadiya-4.com is UAH 1,350.
Delivery Methods
- Delivery to a Nova Poshta branch — the order can be collected from the selected carrier branch.
- Nova Poshta address delivery — a courier will deliver the equipment to the address specified when placing the order.
- Delivery via Meest Poshta — availability and delivery time depend on the destination, dimensions, and weight of the shipment.
- Customer pickup — the order can be collected at a time agreed with the manager. Before arriving, please obtain confirmation that the goods have been prepared for collection.
After the order has been handed over to the carrier, the customer receives the shipment tracking number.
Delivery charges are calculated according to the carrier’s current rates and, unless otherwise agreed when placing the order, are paid separately by the customer.
By prior agreement, the delivery charge may be included in the invoice.
Receiving and Inspecting the Order
When receiving the order at a carrier branch or from a courier, please check:
- the integrity of the shipping packaging;
- the absence of visible damage to the equipment;
- that the received model corresponds to the confirmed order;
- the completeness of the unit and the presence of all ordered instruments;
- the number of packages in the shipment.
The inspection must be carried out in the presence of a representative of the delivery service. If the packaging or equipment shows signs of damage, record the damage in the carrier’s documents, take photographs, and immediately notify the Nadiya-4.com manager.
We do not recommend accepting a damaged shipment without having the appropriate report or another document required under the carrier’s rules prepared.
Order Payment
The primary payment method at Nadiya-4.com is cashless payment against an invoice.
Payment is made to the seller’s bank account using the details specified in the invoice. The order is prepared for dispatch after the funds have been credited, unless other terms have been agreed separately.
Individual payment terms may be agreed for certain equipment orders. Such terms must be stated in the invoice, agreement, specification, or another document approved by both parties.
Payment for Legal Entities and Sole Proprietors
To receive an invoice, please send the manager the payer’s details:
- the full legal name of the company or the full name of the sole proprietor;
- the EDRPOU code or taxpayer registration number;
- the VAT identification number, if applicable;
- the legal or registered address;
- the contact details of the responsible person;
- the delivery address and preferred delivery method.
If necessary, the manager may request an extract or certificate from the relevant state register and other documents required for the correct processing of the supply.
Payment for Private Individuals
For private individuals, an invoice is issued after the model, configuration, price, and delivery method have been agreed. The manager will provide the payment details and explain the next steps for placing the order.
Documents Supplied with the Equipment
Together with the order, the customer receives the documents provided for the specific product and the selected method of processing the supply.
Depending on the contents of the order, these may include:
- an invoice;
- a delivery note;
- warranty documents;
- instructions or an operating manual;
- a product passport or other technical documentation for the equipment;
- an agreement and specification, if their preparation has been agreed by the parties.
We will help you select the appropriate equipment, prepare the order correctly, and arrange delivery to your location.
