NADIYA-4 values the trust of its customers and provides full technical support at every stage of equipment operation. We provide a 12-month warranty service for our own manufactured devices and other products purchased through the official website.
Warranty Terms
The warranty covers free elimination of defects caused by manufacturing faults, provided that the equipment has been used according to the operation manual. Detailed information is provided in the technical documentation supplied with each device.
Please note
The warranty does not apply in the following cases:
- unauthorized intervention, self-repair, or repair by non-authorized personnel;
- relocation of the equipment without prior approval, if it requires reconfiguration or recalibration;
- mechanical damage or ingress of foreign objects, liquids, or insects inside the device;
- damage caused by natural disasters, fire, or aggressive environmental conditions;
- use of the equipment without proper grounding or with unstable power supply (as per DSTU EN 50160:2023);
- tampering with seals, software modifications, or the use of non-recommended consumables;
- operation by untrained personnel if training is required by the manufacturer.
Important: The issue must be documented and reported in writing on the organization’s official letterhead, including the following information:
- equipment name and model;
- serial number (if available);
- purchase date;
- detailed description of the issue;
- contact details of the responsible person.
This letter should be sent to info@nadiya-4.com with the subject: “Repair”, “Service”, or “Warranty Case” — depending on the situation.
Service Support
Post-warranty maintenance and repair of NADIYA-4 products are performed by our engineers or authorized service partners. We ensure prompt response, accurate diagnostics, and original spare parts.
